Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business heads on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Drive culture transformation and employee productivity initiatives.
- Build a high-performance and accountable work culture.
- Support business expansion and dealership growth plans.
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Prepare annual manpower budgets and hiring plans.
- Lead recruitment across Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Workshop, CRM, Finance, and Support functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies for frontline, middle-management, and leadership hiring.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines.
3. Performance Management & Talent Development
- Implement PMS, KPI, and competency frameworks.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development.
- Design learning and development programs for technical and managerial employees.
- Identify skill gaps and implement capability-building initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Maintain healthy employee relations across branches and workshops.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
- Manage labor relations, union interactions, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of workshop and field workforce.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Design salary structures and incentive schemes.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
- Manage payroll, benefits, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Drive retention initiatives and attrition control.
6. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Labour Laws
- Shops & Establishment Act
- PF & ESIC
- Bonus Act
- Gratuity Act
- Contract Labour Act
- POSH Regulations
- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
7. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee HRMS, attendance, payroll, and employee records.
- Establish HR SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Lead administration and facility management functions where applicable.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM – HR
- Additional certifications in Labour Laws or HR Analytics preferred.
Experience
- 15–20 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role.
